Utah AI Conference

The Utah AI Conference, held on December 1–2, 2025, brought together leaders in artificial intelligence, innovation, and emerging technologies for a statewide technology conference.


Hosted by the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, Utah Department of Commerce, and the Nucleus Institute, the event welcomed 1,000 attendees and featured more than 60 presenters.


Powerhouse Events led local sponsorship sales, registration management, and on-site event execution, supporting a fast-moving event timeline while coordinating multiple stakeholders and speakers.


Despite a compressed production schedule, the team successfully met all sponsorship revenue goals and delivered a fully sold-out event experience.
