The Utah Trails Conference, held on April 23–24, 2025, brought together trail professionals, land managers, and outdoor recreation leaders for a leading regional industry conference focused on collaboration and education within the outdoor recreation space.
Hosted by the Utah Office of Outdoor Recreation in partnership with Mountain West organizations, the event welcomed over 300 attendees to Kanab, Utah for two days of networking, educational programming, and interactive experiences designed to support the future of trails and public lands.
Powerhouse Events provided full-service event management, overseeing event planning, logistics coordination, sponsorship management, and on-site execution. The team successfully managed 33 sponsors, ensuring strong visibility and seamless integration throughout the conference experience.
As the conference continued to grow year over year, expanded programming elements including opening socials, outdoor recreation experiences, and educational sessions created a more engaging attendee experience and reinforced the event’s continued momentum within the industry.
