The Outdoor Recreation Summit, held on October 14–15, 2025, brought together industry professionals and outdoor recreation leaders for a focused industry conference hosted at Utah Valley University.
Hosted by the Utah Department of Natural Resources and the Office of Outdoor Recreation, the event welcomed 250 attendees and focused on rebuilding momentum after transitioning from a previous event team.
Powerhouse Events provided full event management, overseeing sponsorship sales, budget oversight, and on-site execution. The team successfully managed 28 sponsors while working to rebuild sponsor relationships and restore trust within the event community.
Despite operating within a tight budget, Powerhouse delivered a successful and well-organized event experience, helping establish a strong foundation for future growth.
