Utah STEM Fest, held on September 16–17, 2025, brought together students, families, educators, and industry partners for one of the state’s largest education and public events.
Hosted by the STEM Action Center, the large-scale event welcomed over 15,000 attendees and focused on making STEM accessible and engaging through hands-on experiences and interactive programming.
Powerhouse Events provided full event management, overseeing sponsorship sales, vendor coordination, event logistics, and on-site execution. The team successfully managed more than 45 sponsors while supporting the operational needs of a high-attendance public event.
Due to the event’s reliance on sponsorship funding, Powerhouse consistently implemented creative solutions to deliver a high-quality experience at scale. New additions such as the student market during Family Night expanded engagement opportunities and increased attendee participation.
